Arabic Mini Market:  We make available for you a wide range of foods and beverages, including fresh Halal meat and chicken, basmati rice, Lebanese bread, Arabic spices, a variety of Arabic dairy products, tinned foul, shisha tobacco, etc.

Car Rental:  We offer late model cars to suit your budget and taste.  Given the high demand for large family cars, we recommend that you book these with your preferred travel agent at the time of booking your holiday.

Currency Exchange:  We exchange your USD and a few Arabian Gulf currencies.

English and Arithmetic Courses:  We prepare for you and/or your children professional programs to learn English or Mathematics while enjoying your holiday. 

Mosque Transfer:  We provide for you complimentary return transfers to the mosque in Gold Coast, for Friday prayer during July and August.

Tours Desk:  We give you a wide selection and combination of appropriate tours in Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Cairns and Melbourne with advice as to when to do what – all at the most competitive prices.

Cargo:  We airfreight the luggage that you do not wish to carry with you from Australia, to any airport in the Middle East – you will be surprised how inexpensive and convenient this is.

The Lawand Tourism 24-Hour Arabic Speaking Emergency Line

During July and August, we provide a dedicated Arabic speaking Help Telephone Line, to assist you with emergencies should these arise.  This Help Line is available from 9:00 to 18:00 during the rest of the year.

Lawand Tourism Welcome Pack

If you have booked a private transfer from the airport to your hotel or apartment in Gold Coast, a Welcome Pack will be given to you at the airport.  This pack contains all information you need to make the most of your stay in Gold Coast, including prayer times, discount retail vouchers, etc.  This service is exclusive to Lawand Tourism passengers who book a Private Transfer in Gold Coast.

The team in the Lawand Lounge speaks Arabic and is available to assist you.  The Lawand Lounge is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, every day, during July and August.  It os open during normal business hours at other times of the year.
